Rates

for Guestroom

The following room rates are valid for one Person in double room and breakfast included:

  • 1 night between 68,- € and 99,- €
  • 1 month (28 nights) or longer on request

In case of only one night stay we calculate a short-time surcharge of 10,- €. For a second person in the double room a surcharge of 25,- € per night (including breakfast) becomes due. When booking without breakfast, the price is reduced by 10,- € per person.

Since 01.10.2024 we have to charge per person and per night a tourist contribution of 2,- € (see leaflet for overnight guests of city Frankfurt am Main). Exceptions apply for medical reasons or for vocational training. This tourist contribution is then transferred by us to the city of Frankfurt.

Our Policies:

The guest will be charged 20% of the total price if they cancel within 5 days before arrival. No prepayment is needed. Otherwise the following times apply for arrival and departure:

  • Check-in: Between 3 and 8 pm; or by special arrangement.
  • Check-out: Until 10 am.
