Rates

for Guestroom

The following room rates are valid for one Person in double room and breakfast included:

  • 1 night between 68,- € and 99,- €
  • 1 month (28 nights) or longer on request

In case of only one night stay we calculate a short-time surcharge of 10,- €. For a second person in the double room a surcharge of 25,- € per night (including breakfast) becomes due. When booking without breakfast, the price is reduced by 10,- € per person. Since 01.01.2018 we have to charge the guest with overnight stays for private reasons per person and per night a tourist contribution of 2, – €. This tourist contribution is then transferred by us to the city of Frankfurt.

Our Policies:

The guest will be charged 20% of the total price if they cancel within 5 days before arrival. No prepayment is needed. Otherwise the following times apply for arrival and departure:

  • Check-in: Between 3 and 8 pm; or by special arrangement.
  • Check-out: Until 10 am.
